About the role
Syteca Inc. is looking for a Support Engineer to provide top‑class assistance to users of its cybersecurity platform. You will work remotely, handling technical inquiries, reproducing issues, and delivering demos while learning from seasoned experts.
Key responsibilities
- Support user inquiries on IT issues via email, ticketing system, and chat.
- Reproduce customer issues in a prepared environment.
- Participate in remote troubleshooting calls and product demos.
- Prepare customer‑oriented documentation and guides.
- Deliver technical presentations and online demos to prospective customers.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support.
- Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Good communication skills.
Required skills
- SQL query knowledge.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Basic troubleshooting and log collection on Linux.
- Basic troubleshooting and log collection on macOS.
