About the role
People in Need is seeking a Subnational Shelter & NFI Cluster Coordinator for its Ukraine programme, based in Kharkiv. The role provides technical supervision within the Shelter Cluster and ensures alignment with UNHCR and PIN policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical supervision within the Shelter Cluster structure.
- Report to the National Shelter/NFI Cluster Coordinator (UNHCR) for guidance, supervision on deliverables, and oversight.
- Report to the PIN Shelter & Housing Technical Lead for administrative and contractual matters in line with PIN policies and procedures.
- Coordinate sub‑national shelter and non‑food item activities in accordance with programme objectives.
Required profile
- Experience in humanitarian shelter and NFI programmes.
- Familiarity with UNHCR cluster coordination at the national level.
- Ability to work under People in Need policies and procedures.
