Senior Manager – Third-Party Monitoring (TPM)

About the role

Integrity is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Third‑Party Monitoring (TPM) activities for the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) ODA portfolio in Ukraine. The role supports independent monitoring, evidence research and analysis, helping to strengthen transparency and accountability across development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scope TPM requirements in collaboration with the TPM Team Lead.
• Design, issue and manage TPM Tasking Orders for multiple monitoring assignments.
• Coordinate with FCDO, the British Embassy in Kyiv, implementing partners and local data‑collection teams.
• Oversee the collection, validation and analysis of programme evidence and reporting.
• Ensure monitoring outputs meet quality standards and contribute to programme assurance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering TPM or similar monitoring activities.
• Proven ability to engage and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑partner monitoring assignments.
• In‑depth understanding of the Ukrainian operational context.
