About the role
Mastercard is looking for a senior sales professional to lead the growth of its Loyalty Solutions portfolio. The role focuses on selling loyalty platforms, card‑benefit programs and related services to issuers and merchants worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for loyalty platforms, solutions and card benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers across issuers, merchants and other industry partners.
- Present technical aspects of Mastercard’s loyalty platforms, guiding clients through implementation and customer‑journey design.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide consultative advice, identifying client needs and delivering tailored loyalty and benefits solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within technology‑enabled loyalty or payments services.
- Strong understanding of technical platforms and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects and drive results.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
