Senior Associate – Market Entry, Employment & Immigration

About the role

PwC Legal Ukraine is looking for a Senior Associate to advise clients on market entry, exit, employment and immigration matters. The role involves delivering high‑quality legal projects and supporting the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects related to setting up and closing businesses in Ukraine.
• Provide legal advice on employment and immigration law for corporate clients.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and client communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored legal solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• 6+ years of experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• In‑depth knowledge of Ukrainian corporate, employment and immigration law.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Native/fluent Ukrainian and upper‑intermediate/advanced English.
