Procurement Operations Specialist

About the role

Jabil is looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist who provides operational support across Procurement and Accounts Payable, with a main focus on supplier master data maintenance and invoice issue resolution. The role covers indirect and services-related procurement and works within established procedures, controls and service levels, liaising with business requesters to ensure purchase requests are accurate and complete.

Key responsibilities

• Supplier master data: validate and update supplier records in the ERP, including payment and banking details, and keep documentation, logs and status tracking
• Invoice resolution: help resolve discrepancies and blocked invoices with Accounts Payable and Procurement, investigate PO reference, pricing, tax and supplier data issues, communicate with suppliers using approved templates and escalate unresolved issues
• Procurement support: handle requisition and PO requests received through shared inboxes or ticketing systems, maintain an audit trail and support indirect and service-related procurement (non-production)

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, P2P or Shared Services
• Good understanding of procurement and Accounts Payable processes
• English at B1+ level (B2 preferred)

Required skills

• Hands-on ERP experience, especially supplier master data and AP modules; Oracle experience preferred
• Experience resolving invoices and payment-related issues
• Attention to detail with structured operational data
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
