Motion Designer / Video Editor

About the role

BetterMe, an all-in-one well-being ecosystem, is looking for a Motion Designer/Video Editor to create creative videos for social media, supporting e-commerce and R&D projects. The company is growing rapidly, so you will have the chance to experiment with formats and styles and work closely with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Create advertising creatives based on briefs.
• Adapt videos for different platforms and localizations.
• Work with existing projects (collections) and create their variations.
• Generate videos using AI tools.
• Animate static layouts and graphics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in motion design.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize your workflow effectively.
• Willingness to learn quickly.
• English level: pre-intermediate or higher.

Required skills

• Adobe After Effects (masks, shapes, tracking, keyframing and timing, color correction).
• Dynamic editing, composition and rhythm principles.
• Plugins, scripts and expressions.
• Plus: graphic design or TikTok/Instagram video experience, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma, and AI tools for photo/video generation.
