AI Creative Designer (Marketing Team)

About the role

BetterMe, an all-in-one well-being ecosystem, is growing its creative team and is looking for AI Creative Designers to join the marketing team. You will create engaging content for social media advertising campaigns and internal R&D initiatives, working with a variety of AI models and learning from experienced teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Create AI-generated content (images, videos, characters and more) for social media, advertising campaigns and internal R&D initiatives.
• Work with a variety of AI models, choose the best tools for each task and integrate them into production workflows.
• Develop, refine and optimise prompts to achieve high-quality outputs.
• Analyse creative references and visual styles, adapting content to the required tone of voice and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, the R&D team and content creators.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Seedream, NanoBanana, ChatGPT/DALL·E, Gemini, Leonardo, Kling, Veo and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to tailor prompts to different creative and technical needs.
• Solid knowledge of composition, visual storytelling, lighting and colour theory.
• Basic photo and video editing skills with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
• Attention to detail, creativity, adaptability and a refined visual aesthetic.
• Intermediate English or higher.
• Nice to have: previous experience as a graphic, motion or 3D designer, and a basic understanding of human anatomy and body proportions.
