Middle General QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Middle General QA Engineer to strengthen our quality assurance capabilities. You will be responsible for testing new functionality throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to automated test execution, while contributing to process improvements and AI‑driven testing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own testing of new features across the full SDLC, including requirement analysis, risk identification, and test execution.
• Write and maintain automated tests using our C# and Playwright framework (NUnit).
• Create and manage test documentation such as checklists, coverage matrices, and functional guides.
• Report, investigate, and track bugs from development and support teams.
• Develop and enhance the QA Harness for AI tools (Claude Code).
• Automate processes and integrate various testing tools and systems.
• Contribute to the QA team’s backlog, roadmap, and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 1.5 years in test automation.
• Strong understanding of testing theory, SDLC, and OOP concepts.
• Ability to work with technical specifications and translate them into test cases.
• Experience collaborating in agile refinement and planning sessions.

Required skills

• C# programming (or similar typed language)
• Playwright test automation
• NUnit framework
• Git version control and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• PostgreSQL database querying
• REST API testing (HTTP, Postman, Swagger)
• Docker and Kubernetes basics
• Claude Code AI tooling
• Bash or Python scripting for automation
• SQL knowledge
