Junior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Procurement Specialist to support our telecom installation projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and requisitions.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and supplier information.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement needs with project goals.
• Help negotiate terms with suppliers and monitor subcontractor installation teams.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Prior internship or work experience in field installation, civil work, telecom engineering, or project management is a plus.
