Junior Order Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Order Management Specialist to join our team in Ukraine. In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling order processing, tracking and issue resolution while supporting internal logistics and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and process customer orders accurately using SAP.
• Monitor order status, ensure timely dispatch and resolve shipping or delivery issues.
• Communicate with customers via the CSD system about order inquiries, changes and related topics.
• Coordinate with warehouse, supply‑chain, logistics and finance teams in Ukraine and Germany to guarantee product availability and payment compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of orders, invoices and claims in SAP and Jira.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays or returns.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and workflow.
• Ensure all orders comply with company policies, pricing structures and contract terms.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in order management or customer service.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and “connect the dots” across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (order management/ERP).
• Experience using Jira for documentation.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
