Procurement Manager

About the role

Intellias is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement across a wide range of indirect categories. The role focuses on driving value, ensuring compliance, and enhancing supplier performance at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and procurement planning for evolving indirect categories, from demand forecasting to cost‑optimised initiatives.
• Lead formal sourcing processes for high‑value purchases and provide consultative support for smaller, self‑managed procurements.
• Evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal cost, quality, and terms.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Align procurement decisions with technical specifications, project requirements, and delivery timelines in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance against KPIs, and resolve issues through structured escalation.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain and vendor risks, adhering to relevant policies and compliance requirements.
• Champion ethical and sustainable (ESG) procurement practices.
• Deliver procurement reporting and spend analysis, communicating insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and demand management across multiple categories.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of securing favourable terms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data‑driven decision making.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of procurement best practices, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance and ethical considerations in procurement.
