Junior Change Manager

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a proactive Junior Change Manager to support production and infrastructure activities within the CasinoEngine team in Lviv. You will work under senior Change Managers, coordinating change activities and ensuring smooth, controlled releases.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production changes, migrations and switch‑overs under senior guidance.
• Prepare and maintain change documentation, implementation plans and approval records.
• Communicate with development, infrastructure, operations and business teams during change execution.
• Monitor production activities, track progress and report issues, blockers or delays.
• Share status updates on planned and completed change activities and contribute to process improvement.

Required profile

• English level B1 or higher.
• Proactive, able to follow up without reminders and flag problems early.
• Confident communicator who can ask direct questions and push back when needed.
• Logical, analytical thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn technical and operational processes and work with cross‑functional teams.
