Middle Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Middle Business Analyst to join our CasinoEngine team in Lviv. You will work closely with configuration, account management, vendor management, development, product and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of iGaming configuration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document requirements for game registration, vendor settings, restrictions, jurisdictions, bonuses, jackpots and other operator-specific rules.
• Map end‑to‑end configuration workflows, system dependencies and data flows across integrated platforms.
• Produce functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML diagrams and configuration documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies in configuration and operational processes and drive standardisation and automation, including AI‑driven improvements.
• Track operational KPIs, backlog and delivery progress, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in iGaming or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in eliciting, analysing, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Experience creating UML and BPMN diagrams, process flows and wireframes.
• Solid understanding of business process and system requirement methodologies.
• Good knowledge of AI technologies and practical application in workflow automation.
