IT Engineer – End User Support (Kyiv)

About the role

As an IT Engineer you will join TMF Group’s Global Technology Services team, providing high‑quality end‑user support to colleagues in Ukraine. You will maintain workplace technology, manage hardware lifecycles and help users get the most out of TMF’s digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ITSM support queue quickly and efficiently.
• Support end‑user hardware throughout its lifecycle, including laptops, monitors, printers, conferencing equipment and corporate mobile devices.
• Provide guidance, education and timely resolution of technical requests.
• Deliver 1:1 or group training on TMF tools and best practices.
• Generate and manage ISO/ISAE reports.
• Perform “smart‑hands” assistance for network and server equipment when needed.
• Own local applications (SaaS and data‑center hosted) and keep the HAM and Application Portfolio portals up‑to‑date.
• Communicate with office users, local management and vendors on behalf of Global Technology Services.
• Identify risks, suggest service improvements and highlight cost‑saving opportunities.
• Participate in office projects such as renovations and moves.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, backups and security groups.
• Familiarity with file‑sharing technologies and permission management.
• Awareness of ITIL principles and IT service management processes (ITIL certification is a plus).
