HR Consultant / People Partner – Ukraine

About the role

Corteva Agriscience™ is seeking an HR Consultant (People Partner) to support its Ukrainian operations. Based in Kyiv, you will work closely with the Country Leader and leadership team to drive performance, culture, and employee relations across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a role model for effective leadership behaviors and company values.
• Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and a respectful work environment.
• Develop and implement an Employee Relations strategy aligned with regional HR direction.
• Provide consultative partnership to senior leaders on performance, change management, and talent initiatives.
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and the Hire‑to‑Retire workflow.
• Collaborate with regional HR partners, Centers of Expertise, and service teams on policy coordination and projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR consulting or people partnership, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and foster a positive corporate culture.
