Head of Marketing & User Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior marketing professional to lead the Marketing and User Acquisition function for Growly, a portfolio company of Skelar. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Board and define quarterly marketing strategies.
• Own scaling targets and ensure execution against growth goals.
• Manage relationships with advertising partners and negotiate media plans.
• Coordinate and people‑manage marketing teams, aligning them with creative and product initiatives.
• Synchronise with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the Head of AI to automate marketing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience analysing competitors using Spy Tools such as Similarweb, BigSpy or AppMagic.
• Hands‑on expertise setting up Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from scratch, managing budgets exceeding $100k per month.
• Strong understanding of CAC, CPC, LTV, ROI and conversion rate metrics.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with both web and app funnels.
• People‑management background (mentoring, hiring, performance development, and team restructuring).
• Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools (e.g., Claude, auto‑rule setups).
