Field Operator – On‑site UAV Support in Ukraine

About the role

We are looking for a Field Operator to provide on‑site support for our UAV technical operations in Ukraine. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure deployments, integrations and tests of advanced UAV software run smoothly in real‑world environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare field activities, logistics and equipment for UAV operations in Ukraine.
• Support on‑site pilot setups, telepresence kits and other field materials.
• Act as the first line of practical support, providing clear communication and escalation when needed.
• Maintain factual status reports for internal stakeholders and ensure teams have the necessary practical assistance.

Required profile

• Strong logistical capability and reliability in fast‑moving field environments.
• Calm judgement under pressure and ability to follow technical guidance without making independent technical decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers and local teams.

Required skills

• Practical experience with field logistics and equipment handling.
• Basic technical literacy to support UAV software deployments.
