About the role

The Logistics team in Lviv is looking for a reliable Warehouse Keeper to manage the safe storage, documentation and transport of material assets. You will ensure that goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while complying with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive materials, equipment, components and inventory according to orders and work orders.
• Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, and arrange transport and containers.
• Maintain secure storage conditions to prevent spoilage or loss of products.
• Assemble batches of material assets based on recipient requests.
• Accompany shipments during transport, monitor placement, packaging quality and delivery timelines.
• Ensure occupational safety requirements are met during loading and unloading operations.

Required profile

• Secondary or vocational education.
• At least 1 year of experience handling material assets.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse organization rules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
