Dispute Resolution Lawyer – Kyiv

About the role

We are seeking a motivated full-time lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team in Kyiv. The role offers the chance to work on high-profile, cutting-edge dispute resolution and litigation matters with an international focus.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior litigation lawyers in handling a variety of dispute resolution cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and other court documents.
• Manage case files, ensure timely delivery of work and meet demanding deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to provide commercial-oriented legal advice.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of full-time experience in dispute resolution or litigation at a recognised department of a major or medium-sized firm.
• Qualified to practice law in Ukraine with a law degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Ukrainian.
• Commercially oriented with good business acumen.
• Well-organized with strong administration and time-management skills.
• Flexible, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
