Delivery Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Program Manager to take full ownership of software development projects, driving business outcomes and ensuring successful delivery across Fixed Price and Staff Augmentation engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, including small‑scale Fixed Price and medium‑scale Staff Augmentation projects.
• Take full ownership of Fixed Price delivery, handling scope, schedule, resources, risks, quality, and financial performance.
• Oversee people management, team performance, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day operations for Staff Augmentation teams.
• Monitor project budgets, financial performance, profitability, and key financial indicators.
• Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineers, QA, analysts, architects, and other specialists.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior management and ensure transparent communication with clients.
• Support resource planning, forecasting staffing needs, and conducting performance discussions.
• Participate in presales activities such as estimation, delivery approach definition, and preparation of delivery materials.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience delivering Fixed Price projects with end‑to‑end responsibility.
• Experience with Time & Materials or Staff Augmentation delivery models.
• Strong people management skills, especially with distributed or cross‑functional teams of 10‑20 members.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of software development processes and modern IT technologies.
• Basic understanding of information systems architecture.
