Country Finance Manager – Ukraine

About the role

The Country Finance Manager will report to the Head of Support Services and provide strategic and operational financial leadership for the Ukraine Programme. This role ensures effective financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance and risk management while supporting the Senior Management Team in delivering programme objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational financial management for the Ukraine Programme.
• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with organisational and donor requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks.
• Provide robust financial oversight to support the Senior Management Team in achieving programme goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic and operational financial leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, reporting and compliance.
• Ability to manage financial risk in a humanitarian context.

• Starting salary package of £59,698.40 GBP (approx. $79,900 USD) including all allowances.
