PE Accountant

About the role

Helpware is seeking a PE Accountant to support the registration and ongoing financial management of Private Entrepreneurs (PEs) across Ukraine. You will handle a high volume of clients, ensuring compliance with tax legislation and providing comprehensive accounting support.

Key responsibilities

• Support registration process for 200‑250 new Private Entrepreneurs simultaneously.
• Assist with opening bank accounts, consulting on PE liquidation, and preparing contracts and invoices.
• Prepare and submit tax reports, pay taxes, compensation, and insurance contributions.
• Provide consultations on payment system accounts and processing payments.
• Interact with government institutions such as tax authorities and banks.

Required profile

• Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs in accounting, economics, or finance.
• Understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation, especially PE Group 3.
• Experience interacting with government services and institutions.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information.
• English proficiency for internal communication (minimum B2.1).

• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables, analytics, visualization).
