About the role
Caritas Switzerland, together with its Ukrainian partners, seeks a qualified consultant to design and deliver conflict‑sensitivity and social‑cohesion training for at least 50 MSME representatives and partner staff supported by the REMARKET project.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a practical training curriculum tailored to the Ukrainian business context.
- Deliver interactive training sessions to MSME representatives and relevant staff.
- Provide one‑on‑one in‑person consultation in Kyiv or Lviv as required.
- Support the integration of conflict‑sensitive, inclusive and fair practices into participants’ business operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in conflict‑sensitivity, social cohesion, or peacebuilding training.
- Strong understanding of the Ukrainian MSME sector.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with Caritas partners.
