Junior Corporate Learning Coordinator

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is a global team delivering smart, efficient solutions that keep Nestlé running worldwide. We are looking for a Junior Corporate Learning Coordinator to join our Training & Learning HUB in Lviv.

Key responsibilities

• Administer learning solutions and manage participants on the iLearn platform.
• Ensure data quality of learning content.
• Coordinate and resolve queries and system errors.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and businesses.
• Produce reports and analytics to provide business insight.
• Process ad‑hoc requests based on functional needs.
• Contribute to improvements and value‑added projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing short‑ and long‑term projects with coordination and administration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and take ownership.
• Strong communicator, team player with a customer‑first mindset.
• Autonomous, proactive and initiative‑driven.
• Advanced written and verbal English.
