Bilingual Russian‑English Gaming Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Gaming Support Agent you will assist players of an assigned studio with account, technical, purchase and gameplay questions. The role is fully remote and you will work within a team guided by a Team Lead and Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries via chat, email or ticketing systems in Russian and English.
• Diagnose and resolve account‑related issues, technical glitches, and purchase problems.
• Provide guidance on gameplay mechanics, in‑game items and recent updates.
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
• Stay updated on the studio’s current and past releases, branding and upcoming features.

Required profile

• Advanced Russian proficiency (C1) and intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Residence in Georgia, Kazakhstan or Ukraine.
• Strong passion for video games and solid knowledge of current gaming platforms.
• Own a modern gaming console or PC and a quiet workspace at home.
• Fast learner, proactive and capable of troubleshooting complex issues.

Required skills

• Windows 11 operating system (any edition except S Mode).
• Minimum PC specifications: 8 GB RAM, Intel i5‑8400 (8th Gen) or equivalent, GTX 760 or better GPU.
• Stable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps download/upload with latency under 120 ms.
• Two‑monitor setup and a smartphone for two‑factor authentication.
