Associate Systems Administrator – Executive Support

About the role

The Associate Systems Administrator provides day‑to‑day enterprise end‑user IT support, systems administration, infrastructure maintenance, and asset lifecycle management, with a special focus on executive users, board‑related activities, and visiting leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support for employees across multiple locations.
• Support Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints, including hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Provide white‑glove assistance to executives, executive assistants, and board members, handling high‑visibility meetings and conference‑room technology.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Maintain endpoint management and security controls to ensure a compliant computing environment.
• Perform asset lifecycle activities: provisioning, inventory tracking, maintenance, refresh coordination, and secure decommissioning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams and participate in on‑call rotation and after‑hours maintenance as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, or enterprise IT support.
• 3+ years supporting executives, executive assistants, or other VIP users.
• Proven experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity‑access management concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and follow‑through.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation and occasional after‑hours work.
