Accountant – Ukraine

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to support the financial operations of our Ukrainian limited liability company (ТОВ). Working closely with an outsourced accounting provider, you will help ensure that local accounting practices align with Neros’ global financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll‑related processes, including invoice handling and coordination with external partners.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation and regular reporting.
• Maintain and analyse profit & loss statements, monitoring key financial metrics.
• Align Ukrainian accounting and reporting with the company’s global standards.
• Assist in integrating local reporting data into NetSuite, QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) or higher.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and reporting standards.
• Proven experience with P&L management and financial analysis.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• NetSuite (or comparable ERP system).
• QuickBooks (or comparable accounting software).
