Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support engineering installations through efficient and accurate warehousing management. The role involves handling inbound, outbound, storage, and distribution operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and optimal use of warehouse space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations and activities.
• Process all paperwork related to shipments, cycle counts, and transactions.
• Follow standard practices for problem solving and decision making.
• Ensure incoming goods are received into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly and correctly.
• Monitor delivery notes and coordinate with logistics service providers (LSPs) to prepare goods for timely shipment.
• Arrange transportation vehicles with LSPs to meet shipment deadlines.
• Communicate with internal departments, LSPs, and customers to resolve shipping issues.
• File all documents accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
