VP Finance – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

BlueThrone is seeking a dynamic VP Finance to own and scale its global financial engine. This senior leader will partner directly with the founders and executive team, providing the data‑driven insight needed to fuel acquisitions, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence across a portfolio of mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the group financial model, budget and rolling forecast, translating portfolio data into actionable unit economics.
• Lead FP&A, capital allocation decisions, and KPI reporting to guide investment and acquisition strategies.
• Conduct financial underwriting, due diligence, and deal‑structure modeling for new acquisitions; oversee post‑close integration.
• Manage investor relations, debt financing, and board reporting to support ongoing funding needs.
• Oversee global consolidation, cash‑flow management, treasury controls, and tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain audit‑ready financial reporting and ensure compliance with local regulators.
• Develop and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and collaboration in a fully remote environment.

Required profile

• Certified CPA.
• Extensive experience in mobile‑app, consumer subscription, or B2B tech subscription businesses.
• Proven track record in FP&A, controlling, and financial leadership at a senior level.
