Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Trade Marketing Manager you will shape how small domestic appliances are presented both in stores and online, turning insights into actionable strategies. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and eCommerce teams to boost brand visibility and drive growth across digital and physical retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a trade marketing strategy for key product categories, aligning with national promotional calendars.
• Manage promotional budgets, focusing on ROI and optimal product mix.
• Create compelling eCommerce content, including enriched product pages and banner ads.
• Design and implement in‑store visibility solutions such as branded displays, demo units and POS materials.
• Conduct listing and distribution analysis to provide actionable insights to the Sales team.
• Collaborate with retailers in category meetings and support product launches with persuasive selling stories and demos.
• Analyze category sales data and act quickly to seize opportunities or address challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 3 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG multinational companies or the electronics retail sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and upper‑intermediate English.
• Based in the Kyiv area and able to work in the office 2‑3 days a week when safe.
