Senior Lawyer – Mental Health

About the role

Brainstack, a Ukrainian multi‑product IT company, is looking for a Senior Lawyer to join its fast‑growing Mental Health product team. You will own the legal function, influence business decisions and help shape a product that reaches millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Register and maintain companies in foreign jurisdictions, including opening bank and EMI accounts.
• Provide legal support and counsel to all internal departments.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents for the website and products.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel and government authorities.
• Manage trademark registration and protection.

Required profile

• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• At least 4 years of experience in an international IT company.
• Higher legal education with a focus on corporate law.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with foreign jurisdictions (USA, UK) and knowledge of GDPR, COPPA, CCPA.
• Familiarity with Google, Apple and Facebook policies.
• Deep understanding of intellectual‑property law, including trademarks and copyright.
