Senior Auditor

About the role

PwC Ukraine is seeking an experienced audit professional with 2–5 years of experience to join the Assurance team. The Senior Auditor will lead audit engagements end‑to‑end, coach team members and work closely with clients to deliver high‑quality audit opinions.

Key responsibilities

• Design audit approaches and conduct field audit engagements.
• Lead audit teams and manage the full audit lifecycle.
• Participate in client annual report completion and discuss field audit issues.
• Perform pre‑audit planning, review client accounting, operating procedures and internal controls.
• Execute audit tests, prepare financial statements and analytical review documents.
• Develop audit work papers using specialized audit software and track engagement progress.
• Manage risk, build industry awareness and develop client relationships.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• ACCA or CPA qualification (or in progress).
• 2–5 years of audit experience in an international professional services firm.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coaching abilities.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.

• Proficiency with audit software.
