Reliability Engineer

About the role

Join Bunge’s Vinnytsia plant as a Reliability Engineer, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of critical equipment in a leading agribusiness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise technical maintenance and repairs of plant equipment.
• Plan and allocate production tasks among staff.
• Monitor the work of internal technical services and external contractors.
• Develop and implement repair and preventive‑maintenance plans.
• Analyse downtime causes and maintenance performance.
• Maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventive maintenance.
• Introduce modern diagnostic and repair methods.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and fire regulations.
• Analyse equipment failures and propose corrective actions to improve reliability.

Required profile

• Higher technical education (specialist or master’s degree).
• Experience in technical maintenance or engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of modern equipment maintenance and repair approaches.
• Proficiency with SAP, AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate level of English (or higher).
• Strong technical expertise, organisational skills and experience managing personnel and contractors.
• Ability to work under pressure, take responsibility and resolve conflicts.
