Program & Operations Assistant – Hybrid/Remote

About the role

Nova Ukraine is seeking a motivated Program & Operations Assistant to support its BUILD pillar, which focuses on restoring Ukraine’s critical civilian infrastructure. The role offers a hybrid or remote work format and provides hands‑on experience in a mission‑driven humanitarian organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President and program team.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, documentation, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain day‑to‑day processes and ensure smooth workflow across the BUILD pillar.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications related to infrastructure recovery projects.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and see them through to completion.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (B1 level or higher).
• Independent work style with the ability to ask questions when needed and meet deadlines.
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling internal information.
• Alignment with Nova Ukraine’s mission and values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Calendar.
