Procure-to-Pay Specialist

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is a global team delivering smart, efficient solutions that keep Nestlé running worldwide. We are looking for a Procure‑to‑Pay Specialist to join our Supply Chain & Procurement team in Lviv.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Resolve issues of parked and blocked invoices.
• Follow up on open purchase orders and invoice aging.
• Perform operational controls and health checks.
• Prepare reports and analytics on suppliers, spend, contracts, data consistency and KPIs.
• Cooperate closely with market stakeholders, requestors, buyers and accounts payable teams.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage.
• Intermediate or higher level of English and German.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow‑ups.
• Fast self‑learner and great team player.
• Adaptable to change in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
