Personnel Officer

About the role

The Personnel Officer is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring through termination, while ensuring strict compliance with Ukrainian labor legislation. This role supports both HR operational processes and audit activities, acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers on administrative matters.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers, changes in employment conditions, and terminations.
• Prepare, maintain, and archive employment documentation in line with legal and internal requirements.
• Manage employee leave, absence records, and working‑time data for payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and personnel files.
• Support internal and external audits related to personnel administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or personnel records management.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and HR administration processes.
• Proficiency in handling confidential employee information with high attention to detail.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
