Maintenance Manager – Kharkiv Plant

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep of our Kharkiv plant, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all facilities, equipment and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime.
• Supervise maintenance staff, schedule tasks and respond to emergencies.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses and optimise resource usage.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and other departments to align maintenance activities with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to handle budgets, schedules and reporting.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with 1C accounting software.
• Competence in equipment diagnostics and root‑cause analysis.
