Junior Business Order Admin Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Order Admin Specialist to join Nestlé Business Solutions’ Finance team in Lviv. The role supports processing of customer‑related data, order verification and release, ensuring accurate and timely order handling.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process requests for customer data and online orders according to established procedures.
• Perform system actions based on verification results and release customer orders on time.
• Interact with internal divisions and request initiators, providing necessary information and support.
• Conduct controls in line with company standards and monitor key performance indicators.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain good relationships with global partners.

Required profile

• Education in Economics, Accountancy, Finance, International Relations or a related field.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational abilities with good time‑management and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data and adapting to a changing environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work a non‑standard schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
