Junior Business Analyst – Data & Business

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join Miratech’s client team in Pryluky. In this hybrid position you will help identify business needs, analyse processes and deliver data‑driven recommendations that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders using proven analysis techniques.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and process diagrams.
• Analyse existing processes to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements, reporting solutions, dashboards and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing feedback and ensuring alignment.
• Prepare reports, presentations and business cases to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in project planning, facilitate meetings and workshops, and assist with deployment and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Process Analyst or a similar role.
• Understanding of business analysis principles and ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
