Information Management Associate – Cash-Based Interventions (CBI)

About the role

The Information Management Associate will support the Cash‑Based Interventions (CBI) unit in Kyiv by managing data collection, protection, storage and analysis for Unified Cash Transfer programmes. The role contributes to humanitarian outcomes through accurate data handling and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Unified Cash Transfer data and maintain the systems required for its secure storage, protection and analysis.
• Collect, consolidate and extract data for internal and external publications, reviews, reports and assessments.
• Support CBI reporting and monitoring by preparing regular and ad‑hoc data extracts for OCHA, partners and donors.
• Ensure data‑sharing procedures and deadlines are adhered to, including responding to information requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least five years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with three years of experience.
• Proven experience in data management, data visualization and monitoring for CBI programmes, and knowledge of data‑protection guidelines.
• Experience working with NGOs or international organisations and familiarity with CBI programming in IOM or other UN agencies is an advantage.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions, travel to field locations and operate in insecure environments.
