Head of Integrated Communications

About the role

Nemiroff is seeking a strategic leader to shape and drive its global integrated communications function. You will build a unified communications ecosystem that blends paid, earned, shared and owned channels to strengthen the brand, boost consumer engagement and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the worldwide integrated communications strategy based on the PESO framework.
• Establish standards, governance models and measurement frameworks across all communications disciplines.
• Define media planning, audience targeting and communications investment management approaches.
• Lead international PR, corporate reputation, and crisis communications initiatives.
• Shape social media, influencer marketing and digital consumer engagement strategies.
• Implement modern MarTech and AI‑powered solutions to improve effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies, strategic partnerships and develop the internal Integrated Communications team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, media or brand marketing.
• Proven track record of creating and executing integrated communications strategies for international brands.
• Hands‑on experience managing media investments and evaluating communications effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned media principles.
• Experience leveraging research insights, analytics and KPI‑driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and cross‑functional projects.
• Fluent in English.
