Front Desk Specialist

About the role

The Front Desk Specialist will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, partners and service providers at our Lviv office. You will create a welcoming environment, manage daily front‑desk operations and support smooth office workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception area, greet and register visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
• Welcome new employees, provide office tours and explain key services and rules.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, Teams and Service Desk, routing requests to the right departments.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue and deactivate access cards, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Oversee meeting‑room bookings and keep shared spaces tidy and functional.
• Manage incoming mail and deliveries, and coordinate with couriers and contractors.
• Communicate announcements and updates through the general inbox and other channels.
