Fleet Officer – Transportation & Vehicle Management

About the role

The Fleet Officer will oversee transportation and driver management for the Dnipro field office, ensuring efficient vehicle scheduling, safety, and compliance with IRC supply chain policies. This position supports both local operations and movements in and out of Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fleet movement plans, vehicle schedules, and driver assignments.
• Monitor vehicle condition, safety, fuel consumption and produce monthly reports.
• Coordinate with all departments to plan travel services and arrange rental vehicles when needed.
• Maintain records of vehicle data, fuel, spare parts, and ensure regular maintenance and diagnostics.
• Act as focal point for vehicle accidents and manage driver timesheets and compensation.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in transport, logistics, or business administration.
• At least 1 year of fleet management experience in a humanitarian or international organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in MS Teams and other online meeting tools.
