Financial Analyst / Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role you will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analysis activities, helping management make informed decisions and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts and business performance indicators.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial results and identify variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data in reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support financial and operational initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement projects and reporting automation activities.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and financial reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (IFRS and/or GAAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
