Finance Manager – Manufacturing Cluster (Ukraine)

About the role

You will be a key member of the cluster plant leadership team, responsible for the financial integrity and performance of the Trostyanets and Vyshhorod manufacturing sites. The role combines plant controlling, strategic financial insight and hands‑on implementation of improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cluster and plant management to provide financial insight for strategy and decision‑making.
• Lead finance planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting for both plants.
• Ensure strong controls and compliance, monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements.
• Support capital management, investment decisions and implementation of new systems.

Required profile

• Extensive plant‑controlling experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a large regional or global corporation.
• Proven ability to challenge the status quo, drive change and implement strategic road‑maps for multiple sites.
• Hands‑on attitude with willingness to roll up sleeves and work on operational tasks.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to work with senior management across a matrix organization.
