Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our international group of companies. This senior role combines strategic financial management with hands‑on operational control, working closely with the CEO and finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with 10+ international banks and oversee FX operations, liquidity, and intercompany transfers.
• Supervise invoicing for 50+ clients and EOR projects, handle payment delays, conduct billing audits, and act as an escalation point.
• Oversee monthly payroll for 550–600 employees and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely salary distribution.
• Coordinate tax filings, statutory payments, and transfer‑pricing reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead budgeting process, year‑over‑year analysis and deliver regular financial reports, P&L statements, and forecasts to the CEO.
• Manage and develop the finance team in Ukraine, optimise workflows and implement new financial tools such as Zoho.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Previous experience in international or group‑level finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (Poland, Israel, UK, UAE).
• Hands‑on experience in FX, cash‑flow management, payroll, and client billing.
• Proven leadership experience managing a finance team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent English.
