Finance Intern – Record to Report (R2R)

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions is looking for a Finance Intern to support its Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes in Lviv. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote tasks, and offers the chance to work within a global finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily activities in the General Ledger, including posting manual journal entries.
• Prepare account reconciliations and related financial reports.
• Identify and investigate unreconciled balances and discrepancies across source and subsidiary ledgers.
• Provide regular tax reporting to the retained organization.
• Participate in KPI trend analysis, root‑cause investigations and problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a degree in Economics, Accountancy, Finance or International Relations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Intermediate level proficiency in English.
