Finance Business Partner Director (CFO) – Ukraine

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Director (CFO) to lead the finance function across multiple markets in Ukraine. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will partner with the General Manager and business leaders to shape financial strategy, drive growth, and ensure robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the GM, providing forward‑looking financial insights that influence portfolio and investment decisions.
• Translate enterprise strategy into financial priorities, trade‑offs and execution plans at market and cluster levels.
• Lead enterprise‑wide performance management, ensuring financial rigor, transparency and accountability across geographies.
• Develop and execute multi‑year financial strategies balancing growth, profitability, cash flow and risk.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives such as market expansion, M&A, restructuring and capital deployment.
• Drive integrated annual and long‑range planning, forecasting, scenario analysis and performance reviews.
• Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to support fact‑based decision‑making.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process simplification, automation and digital analytics.
• Build and inspire a diverse, geographically dispersed finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in a multi‑market, matrixed organization.
• Proven track record of driving financial strategy, performance management and value creation.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse finance teams.
