Expert in Conducting Expertise of Medicinal Product Materials

About the role

The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine seeks a qualified professional to carry out specialized expertise of materials related to the safety of registration dossiers for traditional and other medicinal products. The role involves close interaction with applicants and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct specialized safety expertise of registration dossier materials for new registrations, re‑registrations, and dossier amendments.
• Prepare substantiated conclusions and expert reports based on analysis.
• Draft departmental documents, orders, and other regulatory paperwork.
• Respond to applicant inquiries and provide consultative assistance on safety documentation requirements.
• Compile and maintain departmental reporting documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education in medicine or pharmacy.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related regulatory or pharmaceutical field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑evaluation abilities.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Team‑oriented attitude with high responsibility and goal‑orientation.
• Proficient computer user, comfortable with MS Office and electronic document‑flow systems.
